At ASI we believe in fair and honest relationships with our customers and our vendors.  
To that end we will advise openly what we can or what we can't do.  
We don't like to see money wasted yours or ours.  
If we feel a device does or doesn't merit calibration, we will tell you that.  
We can only advise a shift in calibration frequency based on historical data of the device.
We have one over-riding rule: 
The Golden Rule.

You always speak to a live person when you call ASI during business hours. 
While we have a sophisticated phone system, we prefer to use it as only a backup. 
Why would you do business with a company that it is impossible to speak to a live person when you call them?  We won't and don't feel any of our customers should either.
At ASI we bring the newest technology with old fashioned service. 
At ASI we start all relationships from this basis.

By being accredited by A2LA, you the customer are assured of ASI's competence in the calibration fields listed on our scopes of accreditation. 
We do perform many other calibrations not listed on our scopes. 
Many quality systems only provide a written quality system that may be followed. 
We are audited yearly by senior metrologist who ensure we follow ISO/IEC 17025 and other A2LA policies.
